University of Manitoba Scholarships Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the scholarship:
Undergraduate
You must be able to demonstrate English language fluency and meet at least one of the two requirements.
- General admission requirements based on the country you study
- OR, the general admission requirements based on your program of study (International Baccalaureate or British Patterned Education (GCE).
- The program you choose will have specific requirements.
Masters
- You must be able to demonstrate English language ability
- You must hold a bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a college or university recognized by the government with a minimum grade of B (3.0) for your last 60 credits or equivalent.
- Some departments may have higher standards and additional criteria.
Ph.D. Programs
- Admission to the Ph.D. program requires a Master’s or equivalent degree from a recognized institution and a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (B- or equivalent) for the two years prior to full-time study (60 credits).

The scholarship program covers tuition fees, travel expenses, stipends, and health insurance.
