The following scores are required for the TOEFL:
- The internet-based TOEFL is 100.
- The paper-based TOEFL is 600 points.
- The computer-based TOEFL is 250.
IELTS score of 7 or more and Pearson Test score of 70 or more.

- You are enrolled or eligible to take part in the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch Program (FRPL).
- You are entitled to a fee waiver for the ACT or SAT.

- You are either a state ward or an orphan.
- The USDA Food and Nutrition Service Income Eligibility Guidelines are based on your family’s annual income.
- You are homeless or live in a foster home or public housing that is federally subsidized.
- You receive public assistance for your family.
- A statement of support can be obtained from an official at your school, a college counselor, a financial aid officer, or a community leader.
