Scholarship Description
The University of Laval Excellence Scholarship promotes academic excellence by awarding scholarships to foreign students from African countries who are accepted into an undergraduate program at Universite Laval.
The scholarship is renewable for one year, provided that the criteria for excellence set by the faculty are met, the director of research recommends it and the faculty approves.

The University of Laval Excellence Scholarship targets applicants who are interested in pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. This scholarship is designed to encourage university studies and promote students from sub-Saharan Africa, as well as Maghreb who stand out for their academic excellence.
University of Laval Excellence Scholarship Eligibility and Benefits
You must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a scholarship:
- You have or are currently pursuing a diploma from a secondary school (baccalaureate) in Maghreb or sub-Saharan Africa.
- Minimum 14/20 in maths and a 14/20 general average.
- National of an African country in the sub-Saharan or North Africa
- Scholarships worth $5,000 per year
